All Season Pond Bacteria with Barley Straw contains a blend of beneficial pond bacteria and pulverized barley straw for use in large ponds & lakes. Conveniently packaged in pre-measured 8 oz water soluble packets this 2 in 1 product naturally achieves improved water quality in ponds and lakes. Available in 10 lb or 25 lb sizes, select above. 

10 lbs will treat 1/4 acre pond 5 to 10 months, 1/2 acre pond 2.5 to 5 months

25 lbs will treat 1/2 acre pond 6 to 12 months, 1 acre pond 3 to 6 months

The special blend of pond bacteria will help to:

• Improve water quality
• Reduce ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and phosphate
• Eliminate pond odors
• Reduce bottom sludge (muck)
• Eliminate excess nutrients
• Break down leaves, fish waste and other organic debris

 DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Simply toss the water soluble packets into various spots around the pond. Packets will dissolve within minutes of application.

Initial or Cold Weather Applications: Apply 12 to 16 packets per surface acre.

For Maintenance Applications: Apply 8 packets per surface acre every 2 to 4 weeks. For best results begin treatment when water temperatures are above 55º F. Cold water strains will have effectiveness in water temperatures as low as 38º F.
